Blueberries: Blueberries are unmatched for boosting immunity. It is rich in fiber and anti-oxidants. This fruit helps in keeping the brain active and improves memory.

Oats: It has a lot of fiber. It removes various stomach problems. Oats can increase the amount of beneficial bacteria for the body. For this reason, children should be fed oats regularly. This food helps the baby’s brain development. Children can eat cookies, cakes, biscuits made of oats.
