3. If someone in the family has a problem with kidney stones, you need to be more careful. In that case, the amount of salt intake should be reduced first. Avoid raw salt in particular.

4. Drinking too much coffee or tea is not good. One to two cups a day is fine. Drinking more tea for a long time increases the risk of stone formation.
